Developer Gerald Hines on the “best meal he’s ever had”

Earlier this year, Paper City editor James Brock asked the legendary Houston developer and billionaire Gerald Hines about “the best meal he’s ever had.”

“Either an authentic French dinner at home in Cap d’Antibes,” he told Brock, “or the meal Tony Vallone cooked for my 90th birthday party at the University of Houston.”
