Gnocchi with shrimp and pancetta polpette


This dish — gnocchi with gulf shrimp and pancetta polpette (meatballs) and leek emulsion — is a fantastic example of what Tony and his chef de cuisine Grant Gordon are doing these days at the restaurant.
