Fall has finally arrived in Houston. And that means it’s time for seasonal fall flavors… Like Brussels sprouts… And mushrooms…

The gentle sweetness imparted by the white wine in the mushroom sauce balances the bitterness of the Brussels sprouts.

These Caramelli (literally, “little caramel candies”) are housemade pasta filled with aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
